News from Trade Fairs: Belgium

PERCo equipment was showcased by our Belgium sales partner, Nestor Company, at an international trade fair, Polyclose-2012, held from January 14^th to 16^th, 2012, in the city of Gent, Belgium.

Mr. Van herck Christophe, the head of Access control department of the Nestor Company, has very positively commented on results of the exhibition as well as on the interest that PERCo products sparked from the visitors. He is confident that the company is awaited by lots of new orders following the trade fair.

Polyclose trade fair is held once in two years and, featuring access control, automatic doors, gates, windows, roll systems, lighting, locks and many others, is a key event in its industry for Belgium and the Netherlands. Attended by more than 350 companies from 16 countries, the recent exhibition attracted over 16 000 visitors from the EU countries, mainly from Belgium and the Netherlands.

For the past 2 years this is the seventh international trade fair where PERCo products have been on display.

   

PERCo turnstiles in the United Arab Emirates

Another shipment of full height rotor turnstiles by PERCo has been shipped to the UAE.

This time the turnstiles will be installed at a large modern aluminum factory, Emirates Aluminium, in Abu-Dhabi.

The turnstiles for Emirates Aluminium were purchased by our partner in the UAE, Emirates Sun Technologies.

Emirates Aluminium is one of the three largest aluminium smelter complexes in the world.

New product in PERCo range of turnstiles

On November 15th, 2011, a new modification of the tripod turnstile for outdoor applications has been launched. The TTR-04CW-24 model replaces the old one known as the TTR-04W-24. To improve corrosion resistance of the turnstile housing of new modification it is coated with a layer of zinc 9 micron thick, applied by electro-chemical galvanizing, and after that with a powder coating finish. A standard delivery set of the new modification includes the CU-02N control unit as well a set of standard barrier arms whereas the price of the new modification is same as of the previous one.

 

PERCo international sales extended to 75 countries

PERCo continues to expand its reach into even more countries around the world. We are happy to announce that Bangladesh has become 75th country in our international sales list.

Full-height turnstile RTD-15.1, security gate WHD-15 and a box tripod turnstile TTD-03.2S have been shipped to Narsingdi. The equipment is going to be installed at a factory for production of nutritional supplements and baby food, Fasska.

ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate renewed

On October 21st, 2011, following annual inspection of PERCo quality management system, the ISO 9001:2008 certificate has been renewed.

PERCo quality management system is in compliance with international standards of quality control in production of integrated security systems, access control systems, entrance point equipment, electromechanical locks and turnstiles.

PERCo has IQNet and ACCREDIA/Test-St.-Petersburg certificates, certifying compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2008 and a certificate acknowledging compliance with Russian GOST P ISO 9001-2008.

  

PERCo equipment at security Trade Fair in Kazakhstan

As a part of a joint marketing programme PERCo equipment has been showcased at X Kazakhstan international Trade Fair “Safety. Alarm. Security -2011”.

The Trade Fair took place on 15-16th September in KORME, a modern exhibition hall of Astana-city. PERCo equipment has been displayed at a stand of our partner in Kazakhstan Hi-Tec Security Systems Company.

The stand showcased:

• KT02 and KTC01 IP-Stiles
• BH-01 railings
• Electromechanical lock LC72
• Access control system S-20

KT02 IP-Stile was of particular interest to the attendees of the Trade Fair.

   
 

New class room at PERCO training center

A new class room has been opened at PERCo training center located at the production factory in Pskov. The class room is intended for training to operate PERCo S-20 access control system. Individual training stands allow trainees to try PERCo-S-20 live and model all kind of situations with regard to S-20. Coach’s software is projected to a big screen as well as displayed at the trainees’ computers. Nine training stands easily accommodate 2 trainees allowing to conduct effective workshops for 18 specialists at a time.

The training center at Pskov production plant was opened in 2008 together with launch of the first phase of the factory. It was established for installers of security systems, as well as for users – IT-specialists, heads of security departments, HR managers etc.

Since its launch a few hundreds of specialists have been trained in the center so far. Two-day workshops offer theoretical and practical training of operating PERCo equipment.

  

A new country in the PERCo international sales list

Vietnam has recently joined the list of the countries PERCo has sold its products to. The first consignment of tripods will be shipped to the tropical country in next few days.

It is worth mentioning that in spite of Vietnam being not really a rich country and neighbouring China offering cheap locally manufactured turnstiles, the choice has been made in favour of PERCo quality.

The PERCo tripods will be installed in a new amusement centre BaNaHills Fantasy Park being constructed at the moment in Da Nang. The Fantasy park will feature ancient French fortress and French villages of 20th century and will be the largest amusement centre in Vietnam.

PERCo turnstiles installed at Parisian leisure parks

The Compagnie des Alpes, a major player in the European leisure and recreation industry, has installed 22 TTR-04W all-weather turnstiles by PERCo at leisure parks in the French capital as the first leg of a large project in the Alps. For this massive scale project involving installation of 700 turnstiles at ski resorts in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and the Netherlands, and 100 turnstiles at leisure parks, the Compagnie des Alpes has chosen to use PERCo products. Before taking the decision, the Compagnie des Alpes subjected the turnstiles to thorough field operational testing. Pleased with the results, the company began the installations.

The first 22 TTR-04W all-weather turnstiles are installed at Le Parc Astérix and La Mer de Sable, the largest theme amusement parks in France. 14 of the turnstiles are used for access control at the main park entrance, another 8 control group access. The daily traffic through the turnstiles is expected up to 20,000 persons during a high season.

News from New Zealand: PERCo turnstiles at Auckland fitness centre

PERCo TTR-04.1 tripod and WMD-04S automatic wicket gate have been installed at a new fitness center of a popular health club chain BODYTECH in Auckland, New Zealand.

The installation was carried out by Gate Automation Ltd., our sales partner in New Zealand. According to Mr. Eugene Kalinin, Managing Director at GA, the BODYTECH top management was highly impressed by features and operation of PERCo equipment, and they are planning a further collaboration for equipping new facilities of the health club chain.
