In order to maximize our support resources, customers are encouraged to contact our Technical Support Department (TSD) to troubleshoot technical issues by submitting our Technical Support Form.

To get a Technical Support Form, please download it from our web page ( .DOC ) or request online.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible.

Please note:

No Product may be returned directly to PERCo without first contacting our TSD for authorization. Please fill in a Technical Support Form and return it to TSD. You will be given instructions for Product return.
