In order to maximize our support resources, customers are encouraged to contact our Technical Support Department (TSD) to troubleshoot technical issues by submitting our Technical Support Form.

To obtain a Technical Support Form, please either download it ( .DOC ) from our web page or request online.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible.

Please note:

• No Product may be returned directly to PERCo without first contacting our TSD for authorization. Please fill in a Technical Support Form and return to TSD. You will be given instructions for Product return.
